  • Eric helped us out when another Air BnB host had to cancel our reservation due to unforeseen circumstances. He was very accommodating and communicated well. Location was convenient for our purpose of visiting NCSU. We we able to easily navigate to restaurants on Hillsborough as well as downtown and the football stadium. Bedding was comfortable and we enjoyed 3 peaceful nights rest. The few neighbors we saw were friendly and welcoming. Overall a good stay!
